Each participant will either record a video of singing or playing some musical instruments, we will choose one as best out of them if we have less entries, if we have more entries, we will select top 10 and ask them to perform live there and choose the best out of them.
Here the participants have to either send the painting/sketching to by post or send the scanned pdf format (those who will send the scanned pdf format will carry the original one in the conference), the judgement will be done in the conference for best painting and all painting will be out on display in conference area. Even we can consider giving one hour time to paint at the conference site but in that numbers of entries may decrease.
The participants will send the photographs taken in mobile or dslr camera by mail. They have to take out the print out and frame it and bring during conference to be put on display in conference area. They must carry the moble or camera (with the photograph in it) during the conference to avoid perception that the photograph might be AI generated.
The best photograph will be chosen by the judges on the day of conference.
Each category will have one prize or 3 prizes depending on the decision of Chairman Scientific Committee.
